Great job to all our NHRR runners of the Middletown Half-Marathon and 4.5 Miler Last Sunday! We were a little short-handed, but it was a beautiful day and course. Congrats to Diana for winning Triton Horn award fresh off foot surgery with a stellar time of 1:27.20 on a difficult course.

Congratulations to everyone who raced in the Shamrock & Roll 5k on Sunday and helped us kick off the 2017 Grand Prix! Great job to everyone who raced in our first Grand Prix race of the 2016 season! A big congratulations to Thomas Porter, who won the race for the men’s team and set the NHRR 5k Club Record in the process! We had tons of impressive performances, with 3 men and 2 women finishing top 3 for their division, as well as 2 men and 3 women placing in the top 30!

Congratulations to everyone who ran the Christopher Martin’s 5k on 12/13. We had some great performances all around. In a tight race Thomas was able to get the W by only out kicking the competition in the last quarter mile. Alice and Alex also both were able to get PRs on a beautiful Sunday morning.
